This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through the domain real-solution.org, including data submitted via the contact form, and data generated through general use of the website, such as technical log data. It does not apply to personal data processed as part of an active collection case, which is governed by separate case-specific notices provided directly to the parties involved.

Contact form submissions are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to and resolve the enquiry, and are then deleted or anonymised unless a longer retention period is required by law. Technical log data is retained for a limited period for security purposes and then automatically deleted.
